About Upro Homecare Professional

With the gTO of 30mE and double digit %CAGR after Covid recovery, Unilever Homecare Professional business is carrying the main mission of supporting operators to accelerate their beloved business in three main sectors: HORECA, SCO (School, Canteen, Office) and Laundry Services, whether it is a family-owned eatery, a five-star hotel or an industrial laundromat that cares for tons of clothes every day.

The portfolio consists of innovations across three homecare categories: FabClean, FabEn & Home&Hygiene, with the focus of developing outstanding dedicated innovations, while at the same time, taking care of the smooth operation of retail SKU portfolio.

Main Job Purpose:

Aggressively accelerating the growth of Homecare Professional business by landing outstanding & profitable dedicated innovations that answer demanding requirements different operators.
Spreading & strengthening the awareness of UPRO Masterbrand (Unilever Chuyen Dung) to the right target audience as operators to accelerate brand advocacy.
Being innovative of deployment planning that can land new yet effective communication & channel execution.
Championing the understanding of operator needs and brand passion within the overall business.

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be:

• Cooperate with cross-functional team to explore operator insights and develop UPRO product innovation strategy, including market Issues & Opportunities, operator understanding, full 6P mix and financial impacts.
• Work with agencies to lead idea planning & deployment of innovation execution, including communication assets, POSMs, activation, sales education that has strong synergy with Customer Strategy & Planning (trade) plan.
• Monitor and review effectiveness of innovation and renovation programme to inform future plans. Ensure continued focus on and support of innovation platforms once launched.
• In charge of pack-price architecture that can ensure white space fulfillment, competitiveness & price ladder.
• Work with internal Media team, Media agency and Sales team to develop & constantly improve Online-to-offline lead generation workstream.
• Pro-actively feed market, category and operator requirements into platform innovation projects.
• Work closely with global teams including Marketing, R&D, Digital to update new brand guidelines, new innovations, new business agenda, other inputs if any & reflect into business plan.
• Management of marketing budgets within the agreed targets and align with customer advertising activities.
• Other tasks assigned by line manager

Experiences & Qualifications
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED

• At least 2-3 years brand management experience in an FMCG environment.
• Good verbal and English communication skills
• Experience in Innovation development including identifying Issues & Opportunities, end-users trigger/barrier & proposing 6P mix.
• Communication & trade channel deployment experience
• Background in Financial partnering in Innovation P&L
