What this role is all about
As a Product Documentation Specialist, you will create, edit, and maintain client-facing documentation for the Infobip platform, products, and solutions. You will work across both technical documentation and UX writing, helping users navigate our products through clear, structured, and user-focused content.

The team collaborates closely with Product Managers, Developers, Designers, and other subject matter experts to ensure documentation stays accurate, useful, and aligned with product changes and releases.
You will join a team of four specialists working across different product areas, with ownership distributed by product domain. The environment is collaborative, fast-moving, and highly cross-functional, with regular release cycles, day-to-day updates, and continuous opportunities to learn new technologies, tools, and ways of working.
