We operate with an AI-first mindset, embedding intelligent tools into our daily workflows to work smarter and more efficiently. Every role here benefits from and contributes to this approach.

If you're looking for meaningful work and challenges that grow you in a culture where people show up with purpose, this is your opportunity.

Let’s build what’s next, together.

What this role is all about

As a Product Documentation Specialist, you will create, edit, and maintain client-facing documentation for the Infobip platform, products, and solutions. You will work across both technical documentation and UX writing, helping users navigate our products through clear, structured, and user-focused content.

Our Product Documentation team is part of Product Development and focuses on the content and user experience of the Infobip Documentation Hub. The team collaborates closely with Product Managers, Developers, Designers, and other subject matter experts to ensure documentation stays accurate, useful, and aligned with product changes and releases.

You will join a team of four specialists working across different product areas, with ownership distributed by product domain. The environment is collaborative, fast-moving, and highly cross-functional, with regular release cycles, day-to-day updates, and continuous opportunities to learn new technologies, tools, and ways of working.

What you'll do

  • Create, update, and proactively maintain technical product documentation and UX-focused content for the Infobip platform

  • Write clear technical guides, tutorials, onboarding content, UI copy, and how-to documentation

  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, Designers, and other stakeholders to ensure technical accuracy and usability

  • Support documentation and UX writing initiatives for assigned product areas, including APIs, integrations, messaging products, and platform features

  • Improve documentation structures, templates, and writing standards to create a more consistent user experience

  • Participate in release-related documentation updates and manage ongoing day-to-day documentation requests

  • Collaborate on diagrams, screenshots, illustrations, and other supporting visual content

  • Use tools such as Jira and docs-as-code workflows to track and manage documentation tasks

  • Continuously learn about Infobip products, technical concepts, AI tools, SEO, analytics, and evolving documentation practices

What makes you a strong fit

  • Experience in technical writing, product documentation, UX writing, or technical content creation within a software development environment

  • Ability to understand technical concepts, APIs, and product functionality, and explain them clearly to different audiences

  • Excellent written and verbal English skills, with strong attention to grammar, clarity, and structure

  • Comfortable collaborating with subject matter experts, Product Managers, Developers, and Designers to gather information proactively

  • Curious mindset and willingness to continuously learn new technologies, tools, and domains

  • Experience working in fast-paced or cross-functional environments with changing priorities and multiple stakeholders

  • Strong research skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to organize work independently and manage multiple documentation requests and deadlines

  • Familiarity with UX writing principles and user-centered content approaches

  • Experience with docs-as-code workflows, Git, Markdown, or similar documentation tooling

Nice-to-have qualifications

  • Experience documenting APIs, integrations, or developer-focused products

  • Familiarity with style guides such as the Microsoft Writing Style Guide

  • Interest in AI technologies and practical experience using AI tools in day-to-day work

  • Exposure to SEO, analytics, or content performance measurement

  • Experience working in larger or matrix organizations with distributed teams

  • Degree in IT, English language studies, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
