  • Translate RDBU business needs into actionable data requirements; coordinate sprint planning with DTI and partner teams, and present feature progress and updates at ART Sync meetings.
  • Lead operational data governance and documentation for RDBU, including data dictionaries, source inventories, business rules, mappings, lineage, and other documentation required to understand and support patient data.
  • Partner with appropriate teams on patient identity, payer, sites, reference, and master-data requirements needed to support RDBU patient-data integration and downstream use.
  • Assess and communicate downstream impacts of new sources, vendor transitions, file-layout changes, and business-rule changes to ensure continued reliability of RDBU data products and reporting.
  • Manage RDBU data workstream priorities, milestones, risks, dependencies, and issue escalation, providing clear status and recommendations to business and technical stakeholders.
  • Drive standardization and continuous improvement of RDBU data onboarding, data-quality, vendor-delivery, documentation, and issue-management processes.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage automation and emerging technologies to improve data-management productivity, quality, and delivery cycle times.
  • Oversee direct reports across US, India, Portugal leading P360 governance, the Global PSP and Data Quality dashboards, and Amgen Hub transitions across RDBU, including Tavneos and other rare disease brands.
