Pelletizer Operator |Shawano|HIRING IMMEDIATELY

 

Position Overview:

 

Pay: $18/hr + $1.00 Shift Differential

 

 

Bonuses:

$250 Referral Bonus

 

Schedule:

Night Shift 

2-2-3 5 pm-5 am Non-Swing Shift

 

Monthly employee appreciation events

Job Details:

Provide a safe work environment for all RPP team members by:

§ Acting as a role model and setting the example for working safely

§ Enforcing and adhering to all safety rules

§ Providing direction to a team member who is demonstrating unsafe behavior

§ Reporting any safety hazards, safety violations or equipment safety issues to the appropriate RC Supervisor.

§ Ensuring RPP team involvement with the plant Safety Team. Provide equipment wellness by:

§ The RPP work area and equipment is kept clean. Provide RPP line operations by: · Promoting teamwork through communication, team member involvement and continuous positive reinforcement · Promoting change through improvement ideas, training and root cause analysis · Responsible for material changeovers · Ensuring you follow quality practices · Working towards daily and monthly production goals and measurements
