About the Position

As a UGC Creator Sourcing & Operations Specialist on the Sexual Health Paid Social team, you will play a key role in identifying, sourcing, and managing U.S.-based content creators who produce engaging, performance-driven content for paid social campaigns. You will oversee the creator sourcing and coordination process, from initial outreach and negotiations through content delivery and approvals.

You'll work closely with the creator marketing and paid social teams to ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality UGC content while managing multiple creators, timelines, and deliverables. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with the opportunity to contribute to the growth of the internal creator marketing program.

What You'll Do

• Source, identify, and evaluate U.S.-based UGC creators for paid social advertising campaigns.
• Manage creator outreach, communication, follow-ups, and ongoing relationships.
• Negotiate creator rates, content usage rights, and partnership agreements.
• Coordinate creator briefs, timelines, content submissions, revisions, and approvals.
• Review creator submissions for quality, brand alignment, and adherence to campaign briefs.
• Manage Meta partnership ad permissions, creator whitelisting, and TikTok Ads.
• Maintain organized creator pipelines, campaign tracking, payment records, and reporting using Aspire, Airtable, and other internal tools.
• Collaborate with internal creative, marketing, and paid social teams to ensure campaigns stay on schedule.
• Identify opportunities to improve creator sourcing workflows and operational efficiency.

About You

• Experience in UGC creator sourcing, influencer marketing operations, creator partnerships, or talent coordination.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple creators and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience managing creator outreach, negotiations, and content deliverables.
• Familiarity with the U.S. creator landscape and paid social advertising platforms.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing deadlines, and proactively solve problems.
• Strong judgment when evaluating creators for brand suitability and advertising campaigns.
• Experience with Aspire or similar creator management platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with Airtable, Meta partnership ads, creator whitelisting, and TikTok Spark Ads is a plus.
• Comfortable supporting marketing campaigns within the healthcare and sexual wellness space.
