Description
Zoomin Groomin Knoxville is hiring experienced mobile dog groomers. Groom one dog at a time in your own fully equipped van. No salon chaos, no kennels full of barking dogs, just you and the pet in front of you.
What you earn
- 40% commission on every groom: $700 to $1,000 a week for full-time groomers
- Plus 100% of your tips. Most full-time groomers take home $1,100 to $1,500 a week
- $1,000 sign-on bonus ($500 at 30 days, $500 at 90 days)
- Monthly production bonus
- $500 referral bonus for every groomer you bring us
- Health insurance with 50% of the premium paid by the company
What you get

- Direct line to the owner. We do one-on-ones with every groomer every two weeks
What we need
- At least 1 year of professional dog grooming experience (bathing only does not qualify)
- Comfortable with breed-standard and pet trims on all sizes of dogs
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- Weekend availability is a plus
A note on our reviews: this fall we had real growing pains with support, communication and van maintenance, and some groomers told us so. We listened. Since then we've raised pay, are replacing every generator van with battery power, moved to a better storage facility, and added a monthly bonus. Former Zoomin groomers are welcome to reach out.
