Description
Dear Doctor,
I’m not looking for someone to simply fill a chair.
I’m looking for a dentist who:
- Wants to find a place where they can practice good dentistry.
- Builds real relationships with patients, and feel like they are part of a team.
I know dentistry can be demanding. The pressure, the difficult cases, the staffing challenges, and the responsibility of caring for your patients can sometimes make you feel like you have to carry everything yourself.
I don’t believe you should have to.
Whether you are a new graduate looking for someone to believe in you or an experienced dentist looking for a place where you are genuinely valued, I want you to know that you will have people around you who want you to succeed.
You don't have to know everything.
You don't have to be perfect.
You just have to care, be willing to learn, treat people well, and take pride in the dentistry you provide.
In return, I want to build an environment where you can grow clinically, develop relationships with your patients, and actually enjoy coming to work.
The Opportunity:
We are looking for a General Dentist in Warren, Michigan.
Compensation is generally:
- Up to $900+ per day, based on experience and clinical skill level. Additional value-added opportunities can be discussed based on your experience and what you want your career to become.
But honestly, compensation is only part of the conversation.
- The people you work with matter.
- The environment matters.
- Being respected matters.
- Having someone in your corner matters.
That is what I want to build.
If you are looking for a place where you can grow, contribute, and become part of something bigger than yourself, I would genuinely like to meet you.
Come talk to me.
Tell me what you're looking for. Tell me where you want your career to go. Let's see if we can build something together.
You may be looking for your next dental job.
I’m looking for my next great teammate.
I hope we meet.
