What You'll Do

As a Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through one of their most important purchasing decisions while creating an exceptional dealership experience.

Responsibilities Include:

• Welcome customers and provide a friendly, professional buying experience
• Learn about each customer's needs, lifestyle, and budget
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned Kia vehicles
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features, technology, and safety systems
• Present financing and purchase options confidently and professionally
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial contact to delivery
• Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities in our CRM system
• Consistently achieve sales goals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to build trust and rapport quickly
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.

Candidates with experience in automotive sales, retail sales, wireless sales, hospitality, real estate, customer service, or other relationship-driven industries are encouraged to apply.
