As a Data Analytics professional you will be responsible for transforming operational and enterprise-level data into strategic insights that drive mission success. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in data analysis, visualization, and reporting to deliver actionable intelligence to leadership and staff. Responsibilities include integrating and interpreting data from platforms like Maven Smart System and War Data Platform, developing interactive dashboards, enforcing data governance standards, and supporting briefings with data-driven findings. You Have:

• 5+ years of experience collecting, processing, analyzing, and visualizing data from a wide range of command and enterprise-level sources
• 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and data visualizations such as Power BI or Tableau
• 2+ years of experience working with Ontology, Foundry, Maven Smart Systems (MSS), and Gaia
• Experience analyzing both structured and unstructured data to produce key metrics, identify trends, and support performance monitoring
• Experience preparing and managing data, including cleaning, aggregating, transforming, and labeling datasets for analysis and visualization
• Experience building and managing ETL/ELT data pipelines to ensure timely and accurate data flows from source systems
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED

 

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with DoD enterprise data systems such as Maven Smart System or Foundry
• Experience with scripting languages for data analysis such as Python or R
• Experience collaborating with CDAO team members and staff on process improvements in data collection and reporting
• Experience with metadata management and advanced data lifecycle management techniques
• Knowledge of data governance policies, including procedures for data quality, security, and lifecycle management
• Ability to translate complex datasets into clear, concise, and actionable insights
• Ability to assist in the preparation of briefings and presentations with data-driven charts and insights
• Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
