Your Role: Be the Logistics Problem-Solver

As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll be the critical link ensuring seamless delivery from our plants to customers worldwide. You'll manage day-to-day logistics operations, resolve challenges proactively, and mentor team members—all while working in a collaborative, flexible environment.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

 

✅ Coordinate End-to-End Logistics

• Manage shipment processes with plants, warehouses, carriers, and 3PL providers
• Execute SAP transactions (order management, delivery creation, shipment tracking)
• Ensure on-time delivery through proactive monitoring and issue resolution

✅ Solve Problems & Drive Excellence

• Troubleshoot transportation delays, equipment challenges, and delivery disruptions
• Manage escalations and emergency situations with calm, decisive action
• Investigate complaints and implement corrective actions

✅ Collaborate Across Functions

• Partner with sales, supply chain planning, procurement, and customer service teams
• Serve as key contact for customers and logistics service providers
• Assist with freight invoice reconciliation and discrepancy resolution

✅ Lead & Mentor

• Support team members in complex cases and act as backup for Team Leader
• Run operational and KPI reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
• Recommend process improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

What You Bring

 

Essential:

• ✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation or supply chain
• ✅ Fluent German (B2+ minimum) + Fluent English (B2+)
• ✅ Problem-solving mindset – proactive, analytical, decisive under pressure, enjoys investigating
• ✅ Strong communication skills – comfortable liaising with internal/external stakeholders on the phone and in meetings

• ✅ SAP base knowledge
