Position Summary...

Plainfield, Indiana is hiring for a 1st Shift Area Coach. Do you enjoy turning data into clear recommendations, improving day-to-day operations, and partnering across teams to solve problems? As an Area Coach, you’ll analyze financial and operational performance, lead cross-functional projects, strengthen safety practices, support data collection and reporting, manage customer issue resolution with vendors, and participate in policy-aligned prescription-administration activities.

About Central Fill:
The Central Fill Pharmacy team operates at the heart of automation and efficiency, processing prescriptions for multiple retail locations. Our purpose is to enable retail pharmacies to focus on patient care by handling backend operations. As an Area Coach, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing processes and ensuring the seamless operation of our pharmacy services.

What you'll do...

• Use business and financial data to explain results and identify opportunities to improve.
• Share insights clearly and tailor communication to different audiences.
• Plan and manage projects, including timelines, milestones, risks, updates, and follow-through.
• Support a strong safety culture through inspections, PPE use, and incident response under established procedures.
• Help ensure Health & Wellness data is accurate, consistent, and reported using required methods.
• Improve operational processes and service quality while following SOPs and regulatory procedures.
• Resolve customer issues and coordinate with third-party technicians and vendor help desks.
• Support prescription-administration work in line with policy, including basic prescriber verification and identification of potential drug-therapy issues.

 
What you’ll bring:

• 1 year of experience as a supervisor at Walmart OR 2 years of leadership outside of Walmart leading a team of 5 or more.
• Completion of a board-approved program, Pharmacy Technician University program OR willingness to obtain registered pharmacy technician in state within one year of job entry.
• A customer-first mindset and effective collaboration with partners.
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to analyze and interpret business metrics.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and present to audiences.
• Experience in safety management and compliance within a manufacturing or warehouse setting.

  The annual salary range for this position is $64,000.00 - $96,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
  - Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
  - Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges)

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 2: 2 years’ external leadership experience leading a team of five or more supervisors and/or employees.
