- Manage maintenance inventories and vendor invoices to maintain cost-effective inventory levels and service standards
- Develop and maintain maintenance procedures, standards, schedules and documentation to promote consistent and efficient data center operations
- Partner with IT on projects by reviewing power and data requirements, coordinating installations and hardware moves, validating infrastructure capacity, and participating in weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
- Maintain building management network activities, including planning, scheduling and documenting network disaster recovery (DR) tests
- Respond to audit and compliance requests, supporting assessments and reviews to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and Frost’s standards
- Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What you’ll need:
- 4+ years of experience in facilities, data center support, or a related area
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record

- Ability to coordinate multiple maintenance activities and projects in a mission-critical environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Additional Preferred Skills:
- State licensed Master or Journeyman Electrician
- State licensed Air Conditioning Contractor
- Experience supporting data center infrastructure, critical facilities, or building management systems
