About the Role
Nium is seeking a Business Development and Go-to-Market Associate based in São Paulo to help grow our business across Latin America.
This is an opportunity to build a career in fintech sales and learn how businesses move money across borders. You will research prospective clients, support outreach, help generate qualified opportunities, and work alongside experienced commercial colleagues to bring payment solutions to market.
We welcome candidates with 0–1 years of professional experience, including those with strong internships and relevant work experience. We value curiosity, determination, focus, resilience, and the ability to learn quickly and act on feedback. You may have demonstrated these qualities through work, competitive athletics, academic projects, leadership, or other sustained commitments.
