You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate professionally, document activities using technology, and help address security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific screening procedures, policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare location.
• Screen individuals entering designated areas in accordance with established access, visitor management, and health screening protocols.
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients and visitors, providing directions and assistance while maintaining confidentiality and respecting privacy.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate screening-related documentation and promptly report unusual conditions, policy concerns, and incidents to Allied Universal supervision and/or site leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
