Make an Impact as a Senior CRA at Worldwide

As a Senior CRA, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring clinical studies are conducted with the highest standards of quality, patient safety, and regulatory compliance. Your expertise will help drive the successful execution of studies from site qualification through closeout, supporting the delivery of reliable data that advances clinical research.

In this role, you'll serve as a trusted partner to investigative sites, study teams, and sponsors, building strong relationships while providing leadership, guidance, and oversight across clinical trial activities. You’ll have the opportunity to influence study success through proactive monitoring, site management, and collaboration with global teams.

Your contributions will directly support high-quality study delivery by ensuring protocol adherence, regulatory compliance, timely data collection, and effective site performance throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.

Where You'll Work

This is a home-based Clinical Research Associate role supporting sites across the East Coast of the United States. Candidates must reside within the territory to effectively support site visits and study activities. You will collaborate with sites, sponsors, and global study teams while traveling to investigative sites approximately 8-10 days per month.

To best support our sites, we're seeking candidates who are based in the East Coast of the United States. Travel will primarily be regional, with occasional travel to support sites in other locations as needed.

What You'll Do

  • Manage clinical research activities at investigative sites participating in Worldwide clinical studies.
  • Identify and assess potential research sites to support successful study execution.
  • Coordinate study start-up activities, including collection of regulatory documentation and support of contract and budget processes.
  • Conduct all types of monitoring visits: Pre-Site Selection Visits (PSSVs), Study Initiation Visits (SIVs), Interim Monitoring Visits (IMVs) and Closeout Visits (COVs).
  • Train site personnel on protocol requirements, data collection processes, and safety reporting expectations.
  • Monitor site performance and provide ongoing support throughout study maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with informed consent requirements, safety reporting obligations, and applicable regulatory standards.
  • Partner with sites and study teams to drive data quality, participant safety, and overall study success.
  • Support site closeout activities and ensure study requirements are completed at the conclusion of the trial.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree or a Nursing Degree, along with 5+ years as a regional, traveling Clinical Research Associate.
  • Required experience monitoring Oncology (gastric cancer experience preferred) clinical trials.
  • Requires travel within the specified region; 8 – 10 DOS monthly
  • Experience in full-service monitoring preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes, site management, and regulatory requirement
