About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated closer to take ownership of our previously unsold opportunities. As our Rehash Specialist, you’ll work the phones, reconnecting with customers who sat through an appointment but didn’t buy. Your success depends on knowing which opportunities to focus on: you’ll identify the hottest leads, stay on the most qualified ones with consistent follow-up, and close them over the phone.

This is a hybrid role that sits between our outside sales team and our inside sales department. You’ll close over the phone whenever you can, and when a deal needs a face-to-face conversation, you’ll schedule and coordinate the in-person rehash appointment for our outside sales reps.

What You’ll Do

• Review previously run appointments and identify the hottest, most qualified leads to prioritize
• Follow up consistently and persistently with your top opportunities until they close or clearly go cold
• Learn the outcome of each appointment and identify why the sale didn’t close
• Close deals over the phone whenever possible
• Schedule in-person rehash appointments when the opportunity calls for it
• Coordinate go-backs with the outside sales team, with clear and complete handoffs
• Build and maintain your recovery pipeline, keeping every opportunity worked and moving
• Track recovered sales, outcomes, and handoffs so results are visible and measurable
• Share insights on common objections and lost-sale reasons with sales leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Direct sales experience, including closing over the phone
• Sound judgment in qualifying and prioritizing leads, with the discipline to focus on those most likely to buy
• Comfort and confidence on the phone, and the persistence to work a lead through multiple touches
• Strong objection-handling skills and the ability to rebuild trust with a customer who has already said “not yet”
• Organized and disciplined, with the ability to manage a pipeline and keep clean records in a CRM
• Self-starter who thrives with ownership and measurable goals
• Team player who works well with both inside and outside sales
• Able to work on-site in our office
