One group. Different practice environments. More opportunities to shape your veterinary career.
Are you a Veterinary Surgeon looking for somewhere you can continue to develop, explore your clinical interests and be part of a team that genuinely values what you bring?
At Village Vet, we know that no two Veterinary Surgeons are looking for exactly the same thing. With opportunities across our practices and hospitals in London, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire, we offer a breadth of clinical environments, teams and career opportunities. Whether you're looking for a new challenge, a different caseload or simply an environment that better suits your ambitions, we'd love to explore what might be right for you.
Discover Village Vet
Village Vet is an established veterinary group providing high-quality primary and advanced veterinary care across London, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire.
Our network includes small and medium-sized first-opinion practices, larger 24-hour hospitals and access to specialist referral services through London Vet Specialists and the wider Linnaeus network.
Across our 31 sites, our teams bring together a wealth of clinical experience, additional qualifications and specialist interests. We invest in our people, our facilities and the development of our clinical services, creating opportunities for Veterinary Surgeons to grow their skills and build fulfilling careers.
Find your kind of practice
One of the things that makes Village Vet different is the variety of environments within our group. Each practice has its own character, team, facilities and clinical opportunities, meaning we can explore where your experience and ambitions could be best suited.
A varied first-opinion caseload
Our first-opinion practices offer opportunities to build lasting relationships with clients and their pets, manage a varied caseload and develop your clinical and surgical skills.
Hospital experience and clinical complexity
Our larger hospitals provide opportunities to work in a more extensive clinical environment, with access to advanced diagnostics, experienced colleagues and a wider range of clinical cases.
Develop your clinical interests
Whether you're particularly interested in medicine, surgery, imaging, emergency and critical care or another area of veterinary practice, we want to understand what motivates you. Opportunities to develop clinical interests and pursue further qualifications are encouraged and supported.
Take your next step
For those interested in developing their leadership, mentoring or clinical management experience, there may also be opportunities to take on greater responsibility and influence the development of a team.
