The role:

As a Senior Sales Manager for Truecaller for Business, you will work with a wide segment of key customers. You are expected to leverage your existing network as well as build new customer relationships to help position and drive the adoption of our communication suite of enterprise products.

What you’ll do:

Identifying and engaging with high potential enterprise customers for enterprise products

• Employ outbound and social selling techniques to acquire new customers
• Define target list of top brands in the market, and work on win them on the Truecaller platform
• Continuously update Named Accounts List on an ongoing basis to identity new opportunities
• Serve as the face of the account for key clients to build and nurture strong relationships
• Mapping key stakeholders and CXOs in existing key accounts
• Grow revenue from existing accounts through upselling & cross selling
• Identify white spaces and growth opportunities and strategize for expansion
• build an active deals pipeline with a high velocity conversion rate
• negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements
• Accurately forecasting and meeting monthly revenue targets
• Help build success stories and joint advocacies with our enterprise customers

What you bring in: 

• 10+ years of experience in consultative and value based selling of B2B/ SaaS/ Enterprise products
• Track record of consistently exceeding revenue goals
• Must have worked with enterprise customers, across traditional businesses and digital natives
• Should be well-versed in selling to customers in Nigeria, and the African subcontinent in general
• Good experience in closing high-ARPA(Average Revenue Per Account) deals, and mine accounts for newer product led revenue streams
• Understanding of how SaaS/CPaaS products can unlock value creation for enterprises
• Passionate about selling, with a strong belief in ‘sales-driven organization growth’ mindset
• Excellent at relationship building and can act as a trusted business partner to the customers
• Good at operational aspects of selling from contract negotiations to timely billing and payments
• Good at collaborating with cross functional teams in the country and at the global business unit.
