Residential Plumbing Service Manager | West Allis, Wisconsin | $85,000–$105,000/year + estimated $8,500–$10,000 commission
You know residential plumbing. Now you have the opportunity to use that experience to develop technicians, improve customer experiences, and lead a growing service team.
You’ll join a team with a century of innovation behind it, where safety, technology, and continuous improvement matter. In this role, you’ll have a direct impact on technician development, field performance, customer satisfaction, and service results.
What you’ll do:
• Lead residential plumbing service technicians and apprentices in the field
• Visit job sites to observe work, answer questions, and resolve field issues
• Coach technicians on technical skills, customer communication, service options, and job performance
• Mentor developing technicians through ride-alongs, field visits, and ongoing feedback
• Help technicians improve sales, revenue, and profitability while maintaining customer-focused service
• Set expectations for productivity, professionalism, safety, customer communication, and job completion
• Review service calls, estimates, and customer feedback to identify coaching opportunities
What you bring:
• Residential plumbing service experience
• Experience coaching, mentoring, supervising, or leading technicians
• Ability to coach technicians on customer communication and service options
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Journeyman Plumber License or equivalent trade experience is preferred
