Talent Development Manager (f/m/d)

YOUR TASKS 

• Identify and assess current and future training needs through job and KPI analysis, career paths, annual performance reviews, and close collaboration with line managers and Regional HR Managers. 

• Develop company-wide and individual training and development plans and programs that address business needs and expectations. 

• Oversee employee onboarding and training, helping new colleagues integrate smoothly into MEININGER’s workplace culture. 

• Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions for new employees. 

• Co-facilitate and independently facilitate meetings, in-house training sessions, webinars, and workshops. 

• Implement employee engagement programmes and initiatives that support a positive workplace culture and reflect MEININGER’s values. 

• Regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness, success, and return on investment of MEININGER’s training programmes and prepare relevant reports. 

• Coordinate the administration, maintenance, updates, and functionality of e-learning systems. 

 

YOUR PROFILE 

• 2+ years of work experience as a Training & Development Manager or similar in a fast-paced organization implementing training strategies and organizing and facilitating trainings and workshops. (Experience in Hospitality a plus). 

• Experience in developing and managing a full training cycle, and experience in e-learning course development and administration. 

• Strong stakeholder skills with all Talent Development processes.  

• Strong business analytical skills with a pragmatic touch- ability to pull reports, interpret data, and summarize with key insights for action planning.  

• Excellent networking and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of stakeholders and communicate across geographies and cultures.  

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and German (C1). 

• Occasional travel to MEININGER hotels destinations
