Description
Job Characteristics:
Responsible for the technical application of a variety of products and solutions, providing customer service support to implement agreed customer system assurance plans. Conducts day-to-day testing and implementation of diverse technical products in the field, monitoring their applications and performance, and conducting sampling and analysis across production sites in accordance with customer requirements. Executes necessary tests, accurately logs and reports data within set deadlines, and ensures the availability and readiness of required products/equipment. Builds a deep understanding of customer assets and engages in problem-solving through system analyses, data interpretation, and providing recommendations to optimize customer operations. Provides mentoring and coaching to junior team members. Safety-sensitive.
