Job Summary:

ProMedica Physicians Group (PPG) is seeking full time fellowship trained Sleep Medicine Physician to join our team in Sylvania, OH.

 

• Monday through Friday daytime schedule
• 100% outpatient practice with responsibilities in the Sleep Medicine Clinic, Sleep Lab, and Telemedicine
• Busy, established practice with strong patient demand
• Robust provider, clinical, and administrative support

Requirements:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution in the applicable specialty.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
• Board certified or board eligible in the relevant specialty.
• Completion of an accredited Sleep Medicine Fellowship.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) certification(s) applicable to your role (e.g., BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.).
• Commitment to ongoing continuing medical education (CME) and professional development.
