Job Summary

The Treasury Global Cash Planner, is responsible for overseeing all aspects of treasury activities to ensure effective cash management, liquidity, and financial risk mitigation. By overseeing global liquidity and cash flow forecasting facilitates the efficient use of short-term excess cash and obtains short-term funding. Other responsibilities include identifying and communicating anticipated short-term cash flows to internal stakeholders, performing cash volatility studies, developing cash targets by legal entity to support efficient liquidity management, and leading/supporting strategic initiatives.

Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Lead global cash planning activities to ensure sufficient liquidity across legal entities while optimizing the use of surplus cash.
  • Improve cash flow forecasting accuracy and provide actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.
  • Monitor and manage liquidity positions, short-term funding requirements, and investment opportunities across regions.
  • Partner with banks and financial institutions to strengthen relationships and support treasury operations.
  • Develop financial reporting, modeling, and forecasting capabilities to enhance visibility into cash and liquidity performance.
  • Identify financial risks related to cash flow, liquidity, and foreign exchange exposure, and implement mitigation actions.
  • Drive treasury transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives across a global organization.
  • Collaborate with finance, tax, controllership, and shared service teams to deliver effective treasury solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial regulations, and audit requirements.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
  • 6+ years of treasury, cash management, liquidity planning, or corporate finance experience.
  • Strong expertise in cash positioning, cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and treasury operations.
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide business recommendations.
  • Experience working with treasury management systems and ERP platforms such as Quantum and SAP.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial reporting and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize competing deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Professional treasury certification is a plus.

The sale is presently expected to close in the first half of 2027, pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions. The Food Ingredient business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and, at such time, it will transition to CVC Capital Partners.
