The Warehouse & Materials lead helps to oversee daily warehouse, inventory, and material management operations to support manufacturing and supply chain objectives within a cGMP‑regulated environment. This role supports the supervisor and warehouse and materials personnel, ensures compliance with regulatory and safety requirements, and drives continuous improvement in inventory accuracy, material flow, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary support contact for warehouse team members
- Help drive priorities as dictated by management and other warehouse staff
- Facilitate team meetings to address progress, initiatives, and issues
- Guide team members on SOPs, control documents, and work instructions
- Order, receive, release, and store materials and supplies; dispense in accordance with work orders and SOPs
- Help maintain proper inventory levels throughout the site
- Conduct periodic physical inventory counts, investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Use SAP (or equivalent system) to track inventory and materials
- Serve as SAP Subject Matter Expert for the team
- Serve as point of contact for departmental safety initiatives and oversee safety inspections
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements; maintain accurate records and documentation
- Participate in spill control, hazardous materials handling, and first aid response
- Safely transport solvents, hazardous materials, and equipment as needed
- Monitor KPIs and support process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs
- Assist with scheduling of warehouse/production activities and analyze data trends to identify solutions
- Provide off-shift or on-call support as needed
Work Schedule:
This role will be for Night shift on a 2-2-3 schedule from 6pm-6:30am.
Education, Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
Minimum Requirements
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment
- Knowledge of operating other warehouse machinery
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system
Preferred Background
- High school diploma
- Prior experience in a regulated or cGMP environment
- Certification in forklift operation

Work Schedule: 12-hour – 2/2/3 rotating night shift
