Description
The Coordinator Provider Scheduling creates, builds and maintains provider, resident, medical student and master call schedules, this includes coordinating time off requests, holiday requests and call schedule preferences. Coordinates and schedules physician meetings with administration, vendors, management and others. Also schedules time for resident program, students and interviews.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Creates, builds, and maintains master schedules for resident program students and various staff members throughout Franciscan.
- Coordinates and schedules physician meetings with administration, vendors, management, and others.
- Builds schedule templates for multiple providers in electronic medical record (EMR) for hospital and medical office schedules.
- Reviews and updates provider timecards for Payroll prior to manager approval.
- Completes various other duties, such as ordering office and kitchen supplies.
- Full-time, 8 am to 4:30 pm.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Required High School Diploma/GED
- 3 years Scheduling/Physician Office Preferred
