Tool Hire Controller

We have an exciting opportunity for a Tool Hire Controller to join our team in Sittingbourne and play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while keeping our hire operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Applicants must have previous experience in the tool hire industry.

This is a full-time role working Monday-Friday 07:00-16:30 or 7:30-17:00, with the requirement of working every other Saturday from 08:00-12:00.    

What You’ll Be Doing : 

• Manage day-to-day tool and equipment hire operations.

• Deal with customer enquiries by phone, email and in person.

• Process hire bookings, contracts and customer orders accurately.

• Developing new business and managing existing customer relationships.

• Arrange and coordinate deliveries and collections with drivers.

• Maintaining servicing schedules and ensuring legal compliance.

• Processing invoices and administration accurately and promptly.
