Description

What: We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to serve as a senior business intelligence resource for our organization. This role turns customer and business data into meaningful information that supports decision-making, improves operations, and strengthens customer engagement.
You’ll work closely with internal team members to design and deliver reports, dashboards, analytics, CRM solutions, and business application improvements that help our teams better understand their data and make informed decisions. You’ll understand their needs, translate those needs into practical solutions, and identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and user experience.
Why: Data is at the center of what we do. Having reliable, accessible, and meaningful information is critical to how we serve our customers and operate effectively.
This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys taking complex information and turning it into something useful and easy to understand. You’ll work with a variety of data including customer demographics/CRM, ticketing, environmental/market base, system usage, and more.
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who can work collaboratively with a small team, think critically, communicate effectively, and take ownership of solutions from ideas through implementation.
Talk to us to see if this is a fit for you!

Not sure you meet all qualifications? Research shows that women and members of other underrepresented groups tend not to apply to jobs when they think they may not meet every qualification, when, in fact, they do! We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and strongly encourage you to apply.
At HealtheConnections, we believe hiring should be personal. Every application is reviewed by a member of our team. We do not rely on AI to determine which candidates are considered for our opportunities.
You’re a great fit for us if you’re good at…
- Turning data into insights. You enjoy taking complex or disconnected information and finding the story or opportunity within it.
- Solving problems. You approach challenges analytically and look for practical solutions rather than simply identifying problems.
- Understanding people and processes. You can listen to what someone needs, understand the underlying business problem, and translate it into a useful solution.
- Communicating clearly. You can explain data, reporting, technical concepts, and recommendations in a way that makes sense to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Paying attention to the details. You understand that reliable reporting starts with accurate, well-managed data.
We’re a great fit for you if you’re looking for…
- A high-performance, high-energy, collaborative environment. One of the best things about working here is our team. They’re smart, supportive, passionate, and among the best in the business.
- A dynamic industry. Health information exchange has exciting opportunities on the horizon as the healthcare industry evolves, both within NYS and on the national stage.

- Work that makes a difference in your community. We’re proud to make an impact on the daily lives of health professionals and support improved health outcomes for individuals right here in New York State.
We like to say that we’re “casually competent” – we’re not pretentious, but we know our stuff. Our people are talented, our culture is vibrant, and our work is at the top of its class. Even better, our customers genuinely like working with us, and we’ve seen firsthand how what we do has made a positive impact on our community.
