Store Attendant - Skydive Retail Store (Inhouse Merchandize)

This role comes under our Sky Dive Dubai Umbrella and will be responsible to work in the gear store providing product information to customers and selling merchandise, monitoring the rental equipment and ensuring that all tandem passengers receive their video.

Responsibilities

• Provide equipment and merchandise information to all customers
• Use cash and credit card machine at point of sale and producing daily and monthly reports for senior management
• Rent out all equipment to customers, keeping record and then charging them at the end of their day
• Make sure the shop is always clean and user friendly
• Assist manifest in providing customers with information on the drop zone and the courses we offer
• Sales Growth Average Customer Spend, Sale per Square Foot, Customer Service Incidents, Sales Per Month, Average Transaction Value, up sale Transactions Completed

Qualifications

Preferred Educational Qualifications And Professional Certifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant

 

Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Retail / Sales.
