Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Lone Tree Post Acute | Part-Time | $67/Hour
Lone Tree Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team on a part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for an SLP looking for a supportive environment where you can make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Position Highlights
Part-Time
$67 per hour
Supportive and collaborative rehabilitation team
Opportunity to work with a diverse post-acute patient population
Focus on providing quality, individualized patient care
Responsibilities
Evaluate residents for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide skilled speech-language therapy based on residents’ needs
Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members
Educate residents, families, and caregivers regarding treatment recommendations
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
Current California Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting is a plus
New graduates are encouraged to apply
