Multilingual Support Specialist - French, German, English

Key Information

• Schedule: L1: Monday to Friday. L2: Monday to Friday, with additional Saturday shifts.
• Working Hours: L1: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. L2: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday shifts between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
• Gross Salary: L1 (French/English): Base salary of €1,019 * 14 annually. L1 (German): Base salary of €1,437 * 14 annually. L2: Base salary of €1,120 * 14 annually. All levels include a guaranteed productivity bonus for the first 6 months (€100/month), a €25 attendance bonus, and approximately €126 meal allowance (cash), plus company benefits and partnerships currently in place.
• Relocation: No relocation support provided; candidates must reside near Porto.

Requirements

1. Fluent in French (required for both L1 and L2 roles).

4. For L2 roles: Previous experience in similar support roles is required.
5. No prior experience is required for L1 roles.
6. Candidates must reside around Porto, Portugal.
