Shape the future of the employee experience at ING
At ING, we believe that great employee experiences create better outcomes for people, teams and customers. As an Employee Journey Expert, you will play a key role in designing and continuously improving one of the most important moments in the employee lifecycle: recruitment.
This is not a recruiter role.
Instead, you will look at the journey end-to-end, identifying opportunities to make it simpler, more digital, more efficient and more human. You will bring together data, technology, stakeholder insights and employee feedback to improve how people experience joining ING while ensuring processes remain compliant and future-ready.
You will be part of a team of Employee Journey Experts who improve employee journeys across the entire employee lifecycle within an international context. Together, you will help shape the future of HR at ING through innovation, operational excellence and a relentless focus on employee experience.
About the role
As Employee Journey Expert, you are the end-to-end process owner for the recruitment employee journey from an employee experience perspective.
You combine an HR mindset with strong technology, data and change capabilities. You analyse processes, identify pain points, build improvement roadmaps and drive the implementation of new solutions together with local and global stakeholders.
You will operate in a complex environment where global HR platforms and standards need to meet local business, legal and employee requirements. You will work closely with internal and external partners to create a recruitment journey that is both compliant and effortless for employees, candidates and managers.
Success in this role comes from your ability to connect people, data, technology and business needs into practical improvements that create measurable impact.
