What does the job involve?

Responsável por realizar rotinas planejadas, auxiliar nas operações de descarregamento, manutenção corretiva em equipamentos de medição fiscal, de alocação e de gerenciamento de base (produção) e na instrumentação associada.

What will my tasks be?

Within this position, your key tasks will be to:

• Ser um modelo de segurança, diversidade e inclusão. 

• Fornercer suporte técnico e atuar como ponto focal para questões de medição fiscal em instalações de produção. 

• Preparar intervenções de manutenção relevantes e apropriadas relacionadas a skids e dispositivos de medição fiscal, usando o sistema de gestão de manutenção (SAP) para executar o plano de manutenção e atualizar o histórico de manutenção. 

• Manter contato com fornecedores e fabricantes de equipamentos originais para todas as consultas relacionadas a manutenção, desenhos, modificações e resolução de problemas técnicos. 

• Identificar falhas na medição fiscal, emitir relatórios técnicos e notificações de falhas de medição conforme as regulamentações da ANP. Acompanhar a medição e operações de transferência fiscal, coletando dados e informações para auxiliar na emissão de relatórios de recalibração pela engenharia. 

• Ser responsável por inserir parâmetros em computadores de vazão com base em calibração e certificados, garantindo que cópias físicas e digitais da documentação de medição fiscal estejam atualizadas. 

• Participar da fase de comissionamento de novos projetos, dentro ou fora do Brasil. 

• Acompanhar as operações de descarregamento com adesão aos padrões e especificações da empresa. Propor mudanças nas práticas e planos para melhorar a confiabilidade e eficiência dos sistemas de medição fiscal

• Diploma técnico em Automação, Instrumentação ou equivalente. Registro válido na sociedade de classe (CFT). 

• Mínimo de 4 anos de experiência técnica com entregas comprovadas como Pessoa Técnica de Medição a bordo de instalações de produção, preferencialmente FPSOs. 

• Fluência em português e bom domínio do inglês (leitura de documentação técnica). 

• Eficiência no uso de sistemas de gestão de manutenção, preferencialmente SAP, e proficiência no uso de sistemas de computador de escritório. 

• Conhecimento técnico para ler e interpretar desenhos técnicos, matriz de Causa e Efeito e P&IDs. 

• Sólido conhecimento técnico das RTMs (Regulamentações Técnicas de Medição) e XML. 

• Abraçar a cooperação e a colaboração aberta como formas essenciais de trabalho. Proavitividade por natureza, tomar iniciativa e poder trabalhar de forma independente quando necessário. Oferecer e receber feedback construtivo e ter a motivação pela melhoria contínua. 

• Sólido conhecimento técnico de Altosonic V, FloBoss S600, computadores de fluxo, Delta V Supervisory e instrumentação (válvulas e variáveis de processo).
