Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B ad campaign optimization.
- Verbal and written proficiency in Czech/Slovak (minimum B2+/C1 level).
- Verbal and written proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
- Demonstrated sales aptitude.
- Strong goal orientation.
- Proficiency with computer systems and software.
- Ability to relocate to the Krakow area, Poland.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and strategize account management and upselling opportunities.
- Contact existing customers for consultations.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team sales goals.
- Problem-solve and consult with clients to provide optimal advertising campaign solutions and encourage new marketing strategies.
- Guide clients through the implementation of campaign suggestions.
- Build strong client relationships by optimizing accounts using analytical skills to increase program revenue.
- Stay informed about trends in the technology industry.
Key Information
- Work Model : Hybrid (3 days from the office, 2 days from home weekly)
- Schedule : Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM
- Gross Salary : 9,500 PLN gross per month, plus a bonus system based on KPIs
- Relocation : Relocation support provided, including a 2,600 PLN gross reimbursement
