carpentry, clean finishes, and professional-quality work.This position focuses primarily on diagnosing, repairing, replacing, and installing residential interior and exterior door systems.A successful candidate should be comfortable working independently in clients’ homes, troubleshooting door problems, performing finish carpentry, and completing each project to a professional standard.Compensation residential door installation, repair, finish carpentry, or closely related experienceStrong knowledge of interior and exterior door systemsExperience installing prehung doors and door slabsStrong understanding of door alignment and troubleshootingExperience working with jambs, thresholds, casing, trim, hinges, and hardwareAbility to identify framing conditions affecting door installation or operationStrong finish carpentry skillsAbility to accurately measure and plan installationsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong communication and customer-service
