Job Title: Senior Production Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced production leader to support daily manufacturing operations at our Qingyuan site. In this role, you will help ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production while building a capable and engaged frontline team. You will play an important part in site start-up and operational stabilization, working closely with cross-functional partners to drive performance and continuous improvement. Your key responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to ensure safe, efficient, and timely execution against production plans.
• Promote a safety-first and quality-focused culture by ensuring compliance with EHS, quality, GMP, and operational requirements.
• Coach, develop, and support production operators and technicians while building a collaborative and accountable team environment.
• Support site start-up, commissioning, ramp-up, and stabilization activities by ensuring readiness of people, processes, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure production records, batch documentation, system transactions, and shift handovers are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor operational performance, solve production issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, service, and cost performance.

You Bring

• Experience in manufacturing or production operations, including experience leading teams or supervising frontline production activities.
• Knowledge of workplace safety, quality standards, compliance requirements, and good manufacturing practices.
• Practical understanding of production processes, equipment operation, and structured problem-solving methods.
• Experience supporting production line start-up, expansion, commissioning, or ramp-up activities is an advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across planning, warehouse, maintenance, quality, and EHS teams.
• Familiarity with ERP or SAP systems, production reporting, continuous improvement practices, and basic English reading and writing skills.
