22TEN Kitchen Cocktails' vision is to create an awe-inspiring gathering spot for the Sioux Falls community. Our menu reflects 'American Eclectic' cuisine, with a focus on innovative, artisan plates, along with local favorites and everyday classics.
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will work well in a fast-paced restaurant to prep and portion ingredients, cook dishes to order , keep the cook's line clean, sanitary, safe, and ready for the next guest and the next shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food preparation and assembly as needed
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of culinary techniques and practices
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
