Position Summary
As a Weekend Supervisor (RN), you will oversee clinical and operational activities during weekend shifts, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality, and compassionate care. You will serve as the on-site clinical leader, supporting nursing staff, addressing resident needs, and ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff during weekend shifts
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and facility leadership
- Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff
- Assist with staffing coordination and coverage as needed
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
- Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and effectively
- Participate in clinical problem-solving and emergency response as needed
- Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, physicians, residents, and families
- Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
- Support facility quality initiatives and survey readiness efforts
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program
- Active, unrestricted RN license in South Carolina
- Long-term care and rehabilitation experience required
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance

Licenses & Certifications
- Current South Carolina RN license in good standing
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Must maintain all required continuing education and licensure requirements
- Must remain in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing
