What We’re Seeking in Our Electricians:

• An Electrical License: Journeyman or Master. Candidates who can transfer related comparable credentials from other states are strongly encouraged.
• Minimum of four years of residential electrical experience, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and service. Commercial electrical experience a plus!
• A positive, proactive attitude, able to work autonomously while following our best practices and processes.
• Able to pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and periodic drug tests.

Your Role:

• Work independently in a company-provided, stocked van and utilize the latest technology, including an iPad and advanced software to streamline your work.
• Bring a positive attitude and your ambition to work daily.
• Provide excellent communication with customers, ensuring every job is done right and to their satisfaction.
• Embrace new technology and processes that will elevate your skills and performance.

·        Keep the van clean and orderly.

Flexible Hours Available:

• Standard hours are Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the opportunity for evening or weekend shifts - only if one desires.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring, and lighting systems.
• Read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Perform general electrical maintenance and inspections.
• Inspect transformers and circuit breakers for faults.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing devices.
• Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service van.
• Responsible for materials and tools assigned to the van.
• Conduct van inventory on a regular basis.
• Follow Mr. Electric’s proven process consistently and in all interactions.
• Provide options/solutions for customers to choose what’s best for them.
