GEA Group, located in York, PA, is searching for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk III to join our team!

The role's main schedule is Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm, but the incumbent should have flexibility to come in or stay late up to 2 hours based on business needs. Also, this position includes a rotational after hours on-call schedule for 1 week per month.

Responsibilities:

• Stocks parts and supplies in proper locations after receiving and inspection 

• Prints Bills of Materials and places on proper outbound shipments 

• Delivers parts to rebuild and manufacturing areas 

• Able to learn and understand ERP system 

• Able to acquire Forklift certification 

• Maintains work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations 

• Fulfills key job requirements of Shipping & Receiving I & II 

• Receives and visually inspects incoming material for defects 

• Completes pertinent shipping and/or receiving paperwork 

• Helps to train Shipping & Receiving level I and II employees 

• Performs other duties as assigned 

Your Profile / Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• 3+ years of related warehouse administrative work required
• Previous experience on sit-down and standup forklift required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. 

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 

• Ability to prioritize tasks. 

• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. 

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. 

The typical base pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $20.08 - $26.78 per hour.  GEA Group has different base pay ranges for different work locations within the United States.

The pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary.  The estimated range is the budgeted amount for the position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.  You may be eligible for additional rewards, such as discretionary bonus (based on eligibility) and/or equity awards.
