实习生项目作为PPG全球涂料创新研究院人才战略的重要组成部分，承担着发现、培养与储备未来研发力量的关键使命。自2024年项目启动至今，已累计吸引超过20名来自海内外知名高校的优秀学子加入，在真实项目中磨砺成长，亲身体验了化工涂料行业数字化转型的浪潮。

在此基础上，2026-2027年度数字化科学技术部实习生项目正式启动，我们诚邀各高校优秀在读本科，硕士及博士研究生踊跃申请，深度参与数据科学团队的前沿项目，携手推动化工涂料行业的数字化转型，共同塑造行业未来。

实习生项目方向及工作内容包括：

• 数字化（人工智能）方向，Digital Intern (Artificial Intelligence)

作为人工智能实习生，您将加入到PPG全球涂料创新研究院（GCIC）的数字化团队，接触到各种涂料相关的算法开发和模型建立工作，深度了解PPG业务。包括但不限于：参与公司内部的数字化转型项目，协助进行数据分析、数据处理及模型构建工作；应用前沿数字技术和工具，支持业务流程优化、智能化产品开发和创新解决方案设计；紧跟数字化发展趋势，协同团队加强企业数字化平台建设。

• 数字化（软件开发）方向，Digital Intern (Software Development)

作为软件开发实习生，您将加入到PPG全球涂料创新研究院（GCIC）的数字化团队，接触到各种涂料相关的用户界面开发工作，深度了解PPG业务。包括但不限于：参与公司内部的数字化转型项目，协助进行web应用的模块设计与开发；应用前沿数字技术和工具，支持业务流程优化、智能化产品开发和创新解决方案设计；独立完成开发任务，展现出色的故障排查与技术问题解决能力。

• 物理渲染方向，Rendering Intern

作为物理渲染实习生，您将加入PPG全球涂料创新研究院（GCIC）的数字化色彩或仿真模拟团队。您将运用基于物理的材质模型，模拟丰富多样的数字孪生材质，并在跨职能协作的工作环境中支持各业务部门，助力产品实现有机增长。包括但不限于：参与色彩的数字化和可视化项目，协助色彩的推荐与评审工作；应用前沿的2D与3D图形处理技术和工具，支持业务流程优化和创新解决方案设计；独立完成具有高保真的数字化材质模拟工作，协助团队搭建材质数据库；制作工业动画，包括设备运转演示、工艺流程动画、拆解/装配动画、产品宣传动画等。

• 分析科学方向，Analytical Science Intern

作为分析科学实习生，您将加入到PPG全球涂料创新研究院（GCIC）的分析科学团队，接触到各种涂料相关的分析工作以及PPG多方面的业务。包括但不限于：根据实验室作业指导书或客户需要，在组长的指导下，独立操作化学实验并撰写原始测试报告；协助工程师进行大型分析仪器的日常操作与维护，包括光谱、色谱及显微设备等；参与实验室数字化转型项目，协助团队进行分析数据的整合及初步统计分析等工作。

• 材料科学方向，Material Science Intern

作为材料科学实习生，您将加入到PPG全球涂料创新研究院（GCIC）的材料科学团队，接触到各种涂料相关的工作以及PPG多方面的业务。包括但不限于：根据实验室作业指导书或客户需要，在组长的指导下，独立操作各类物理、化学实验并撰写原始测试报告；数据记录，协助团队进行分析数据的整合及初步统计分析等工作，确保项目高质量完成；根据要求进行相关的文献调研和总结报告。

• 竞聘要求：

数字化实习生（人工智能）方向

• 在读本科/硕士/博士研究生，主修计算机科学、人工智能、统计学、数学、数据科学或其他相关专业。

• 熟练掌握至少一种编程语言，如Python, Java，并具有扎实的数据结构和算法基础。

• 了解机器学习、深度学习、数据分析、计算机视觉和大语言模型任一领域的技术和应用场景。

• 有过使用OpenCV或Scikit-learn的经验，熟悉PyTorch框架的使用。

• 有一定的数据挖掘，图像处理和大语言模型应用任一领域的经验，了解任一领域的典型模型的特点，有过模型优化与加速算法的经验优先。

数字化实习生（软件开发）方向

• 在读本科/硕士/博士研究生，主修计算机科学、软件工程信息技术或其他相关专业。

• 熟练掌握至少一种编程语言，如C#, Python或Java，并具有扎实的数据结构和算法基础，C#优先。

• 熟练掌握.NET, Django, Flask, FastAPI或Spring Boot等开发框架，并理解其底层原理，.NET优先。

• 熟练使用开发管理工具：Visual Studio, VS Code, IDEA, PyCharm等。

• 精通 SQL Server和 Redis 等数据库操作，具备编写 SQL 语句及性能优化能力。

• 具备云计算平台（如Alibaba、Azure）使用经验，或对前端框架（如Angular）有经验者优先。

物理渲染实习生

• 在读本科/硕士研究生，主修数字媒体、计算机图形学、色彩科学、光学物理、工业设计或相关专业。 

• 熟练掌握至少一种3D渲染软件（如Blender, Unreal, 3ds Max等）和一种图像处理软件（如Photoshop, Illustrator等）。 

• 能熟练运用光学物理知识与色彩理论，熟悉3D渲染器的基本框架和原理，能独立产出具有高色彩还原度、高保真度的渲染作品。 

• 具备良好的审美能力，能准确评估渲染呈现的视觉效果，对工业动画节奏、镜头语言有基本理解。

• 有3D建模、动画、渲染项目或色彩设计相关经验者优先，作品集可加分。 

• 熟悉Babylon.js或Three.js框架，具备Web3D的应用与开发经验者优先。 

分析科学/材料科学实习生

• 在读本科/硕士研究生，主修化学、分析化学、材料科学、应用化学、化学工程或其他相关专业。

• 具备扎实的分析化学、有机化学、高分子材料等专业知识，动手能力强，实验操作严谨细致。对工作高度负责，具备良好的安全意识。

• 能够快速学习并掌握各类分析仪器和分析标准（SOP），并具备基础的英文阅读能力以查阅技术资料。

• 善于使用数据批量处理工具者优先。

同时，作为实习生，我们希望您能具备以下综合素质：

• 具备良好的英文听说读写能力，能够满足日常的工作需求。

• 具备良好的逻辑思维能力与问题解决技巧，热爱探索新技术，勇于接受挑战。

• 具备良好的沟通能力与团队合作精神，能清晰传达信息并与团队成员高效协作。

• 具备良好的规范意识与质量意识，注重细节，追求卓越。

• 能满足实习时长≥6个月（每周4-5天）者优先。
