Responsibilities:
Manage the costs on a construction project. They help to ensure that the construction project is completed within its projected budget. You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities: • Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project. • Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation. • Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections accordingly. • Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project. • Measure and value the work done on site. • Liaise with construction professionals, such as site managers, project managers and site engineers. • Select and/or source construction materials. To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications: • A degree in the related job field. • Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential. • Willing to relocate to the job location.Disclaimer:
