Bartender

AtWork Personnel is seeking experienced, certified Bartenders to support events at venues throughout the Tyler, TX area. We are looking for dependable, professional individuals who enjoy providing excellent customer service and can create a positive experience for guests.

$16-$17 per hour

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages
• Verify guests’ ages and follow all applicable alcohol-service laws and venue policies
• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
• Properly handle cash, credit card transactions, and/or event payment systems
• Monitor alcohol consumption and refuse service when necessary
• Assist with bar setup and breakdown before and after events
• Work closely with venue staff and event coordinators
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible beverage-service requirements

Qualifications

• Current bartender certification required
• Previous bartending or event-service experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 or 21 years old, depending on venue and applicable requirements
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
