Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for outpatient community mental health opportunities with Katahdin Valley Health Center in Maine. The clinician will work collaboratively with Primary Care Providers and the Integrated Primary Care Team to identify, treat, and manage mental health and psychosocial concerns.

COMPENSATION
• $70,000 annual salary

SCHEDULE
• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Schedule is negotiable

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Provide outpatient community mental health services.
• Collaborate with Primary Care Providers to recognize, treat, and manage mental health and psychosocial concerns.
• Serve as a contributing member of an Integrated Primary Care Team.
• Support coordinated behavioral health and primary-care services.

Requirements

Requirements
• Active Maine Lic LCSW license
• Strong communication skills REQUIRED
• Ability to work collaboratively within an integrated primary-care team REQUIRED
• Ability and means to travel between clinic locations as needed REQUIRED
• Ability to successfully complete criminal and DHHS background checks REQUIRED

Preferred
• Previous Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) experience
