Enterprise Job Description:
The Customer Segment Consultant I supports the Financial Center Channel by developing reporting, analytics, and data-driven insights that inform management decision making and drive execution against business priorities. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and deliver executive-level content that supports strategic planning, performance management, and responsible growth initiatives.

 This role will be responsible for performing data research and sourcing, creating report visualizations, and developing reports and dashboards. The consultant will execute ad hoc analyses, identify actionable insights, and collaborate across lines of business to improve productivity, support strategic initiatives, and ensure alignment between organizational priorities, capacity, and execution goals

Responsibilities:

•  Designs, develops, and maintains innovative reports, dashboards, and analysis using Business Intelligence tools including Excel and MicroStrategy

•  Support projects, pilots, and strategic initiatives by sourcing data and delivering executive level insights.

•  Partners with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications

•  Works collaboratively in a cross-functional team, learns from colleagues, and provides routine updates related to projects

•  Execute ad hoc analyses and manage competing priorities effectively, delivering high quality work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision

Required Qualifications:

Solid understanding of data gathering tools; proficient with business intelligence reporting tools including Excel and MicroStrategy

Proficiency with PowerPoint

Strong problem solving and analytical reasoning capabilities

Ability to prioritize work, manage complexity, and meet tight deadlines

Operates with minimal guidance; high degree of independence

Experience managing multiple projects, deliverables, and timelines independently

Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills across all organizational levels

Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for various levels of leadership

Proven ability to influence outcomes without formal authority

Knowledge of data quality, validation, and reporting controls
