What you'll do

As a Business Operations Intern, you will support the team in managing and analysing operational and business information, contributing to the smooth running of day-to-day activities and gaining practical experience in business operations, reporting and process support.

You will work alongside experienced colleagues and have the opportunity to develop your analytical, organisational and collaboration skills in a dynamic and international environment.

Your contribution will include:

  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, analyses and business summaries using Microsoft Excel;
  • Supporting the processing, verification and tracking of business documentation, including invoices and related records;
  • Assisting with the reconciliation of invoices, purchase orders, contracts and internal reports;
  • Maintaining accurate data across systems, files and reporting tools;
  • Identifying and escalating errors, inconsistencies and potential discrepancies;
  • Supporting reporting activities and helping ensure data accuracy and quality;
  • Providing administrative and operational support for recurring business processes;
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including Finance, Procurement, Commercial, Business Operations and other functions;
  • Providing day-to-day support to Operations teams.

Who are you?

  • A Master's student or recent graduate with a background in business, economics, finance, management, or other related fields;
  • Interest in data analysis, reporting, business processes and operational support;
  • Ability to work accurately with business documentation, reports, databases and operational data;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Being a 'fast-learner' with curiousness and proactive self-development approach;
  • Good communication and collaboration skills;
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, including formulas, filtering, sorting and pivot tables;
  • Digital savviness: able to work with modern digital tools and enterprise platforms, including AI solutions;
  • Very good command of English.
