Job Description Summary

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, develop, and hold accountable a team of Sr. Recruiters supporting sales and leadership hiring.
  • Partner with enterprise sales leaders and executives to align recruiting priorities, workforce plans, and talent strategies with the broader sales and leadership strategy.
  • Develop a deep understanding of business strategy and current and future workforce needs, then align recruiting plans and resources accordingly.
  • Ensure the Sales & Leadership recruiting team continues to deliver best-in-class performance through consistent candidate engagement, proactive hiring manager partnership, responsiveness, compliance, and strong recruiting outcomes.
  • Standardize the end-to-end candidate and hiring manager experience from initial contact through hire.
  • Regularly review recruiting metrics and translate findings into action plans that improve time-to-fill, quality of hire, stakeholder satisfaction, and team effectiveness.
  • Use data, feedback, and market insights to anticipate hiring challenges and develop sourcing and pipeline strategies for difficult-to-fill or growth-critical roles.
  • Strengthen employment branding by helping articulate the company culture, reputation, differentiators, and employee value proposition.
  • Leverage applicant tracking, sourcing, campaign-management, networking, referral, and candidate-relationship technologies to build and sustain talent pipelines.
  • Identify process-improvement opportunities and recommend changes that increase efficiency, effectiveness, and the candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Lead with integrity and empathy, create an inclusive and welcoming environment, and foster collaboration across the recruiting team and partner groups.
  • Ensure recruiting activities comply with company standards, safety expectations, and applicable policies.
  • Travel: 25% monthly travel within operational business

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 8-10 years of recruiting experience, including assessing hiring-manager needs and developing and executing creative talent acquisition strategies.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading, motivating, coaching, and developing a team.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting sales and leadership roles and leading recruiters who support dispersed field-based hiring.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect talent strategy to business objectives.
  • Proven coaching, influencing, consulting, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to use recruiting data and analytics to guide decisions, monitor performance, and improve processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, personal drive, and a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to operate independently and effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to candidate experience, hiring manager satisfaction, teamwork, safety, accountability, and respect.

Base Pay Range: $113,342.00 - 155,845.80

You will become eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days from your start date. Sunbelt offers team members the following paid time off from work, subject to Sunbelt’s policies (unless specified in a collective bargaining agreement):
