Join Gallagher’s Corporate Compliance team and help protect the trust people place in our business. In this role, you will support key compliance programs, including conflicts of interest reviews, reporting, testing, and training. Your work will help keep processes clear, timely, and reliable. It will also help teams make informed decisions and meet important standards.
This is a role for someone who likes detail, values good judgment, and wants their work to matter. You will help build a stronger compliance culture across the business. You will also support learning, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
How you'll make an impact
- Help keep our conflicts of interest program running smoothly and on time.
- Support fair and careful review of disclosures so issues are routed to the right people quickly.
- Improve visibility into compliance activity through trackers, dashboards, and reports.
- Help teams spot trends, manage open items, and respond before small issues grow.
- Support audits, testing, and compliance reviews by organizing evidence and preparing materials.
- Help create clear guidance, job aids, and checklists that make compliance easier to follow.
- Support compliance learning content so employees can access timely, useful training.
- Help answer questions from the Ethics and Compliance inbox with care and professionalism.
- Support translation of policies and guidance so more people can understand and use them.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and respect.
- Contribute to projects that strengthen how Corporate Compliance works across the business.
About you
- You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in compliance, risk management, legal, insurance, financial services, or a related field.
- You may have experience in compliance, risk, legal, insurance, financial services, human resources, audit, or operational control work.
- You are comfortable working across teams and building strong working relationships.
- You pay close attention to detail and take pride in accurate, complete work.
- You can manage several priorities at once and keep work moving forward.
- You communicate clearly in writing and in conversation.
- You can explain issues in a simple, professional way.
- You are confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience with case management, disclosure, compliance, human resources information systems, or workflow tools is helpful.
- You use good judgment and handle confidential information with care.
- You bring a thoughtful, inclusive approach and are open to learning.
- You value growth, wellbeing, and doing work that supports others.
