Position: Supplier Quality Agent
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
Duration: Min. 6 months
Frequency: 40 hours per week
Compensation: $38.00
Team Contributions
- Manage production disruptions related to supplier performance.
- Lead 8D/RCCA problem-solving activities with key stakeholders.
- Identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.
- Follow up on actions to confirm completion and effectiveness.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to restore operational stability.
- Support QA activities, including projects, monthly reports, and required reporting.
Role Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical field (technology, documentation, technical writing, website development, Office, etc.).
- Strong experience in data compilation and program tracking.
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel reporting.
- Experience organizing and delivering training with strong presentation skills.
- Experience in policy/procedure development and project coordination.
- Experience with benchmarking and documentation mapping.
- Knowledge of regulatory Quality Systems (TCCA, FAA, etc.) and Quality Assurance methodologies.
- Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
- Mobile phone and laptop required.
