How you will make an impact:

Responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for an entire business unit in conjunction with guidance from Marketing and Business Unit Managers as well as global marketing partners.

• Plan marketing projects and activities with accountability for successful completion within scope of project deliverables

• Provide direction and guidance to smaller project teams to execute tactical marketing projects and/or initiatives

• Identify and evaluate marketing process improvements and/or course correction/course alignment opportunities

• Plan and direct assigned operational and project activities with the accountability for successful completion of assigned deliverables within marketing

• Other incidental duties

What you’ll need (Required):

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in related field, 8 years of business experience Required

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

• Professional demeanor with a strong sense of integrity and business ethics.

• Growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and long-term career development.

• Proficiency in English for both written and verbal business communication, and in Japanese as native level.

• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

What else we look for (Preferred):

• Experience working at a medical device company Preferred

• Familiarity with cardiac surgery and related clinical environments.

• Prior marketing experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.

• MBA or equivalent advanced business education.
