Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with senior management and business leaders to understand their goals, challenges, and HR needs.
Develop a deep understanding of the business units' operations, objectives, and strategic direction to align HR strategies and initiatives.
Serve as a trusted advisor and influence decision-making processes related to human capital management.
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts, ensuring timely and fair resolution.
Promote a positive work culture by fostering employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms.
Provide guidance on employee retention strategies and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and well-being.
Implementation of employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, recognition programs, and events.
Address employee concerns and inquiries, escalating complex issues to HRBPs or higher-level management when necessary.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Conduct investigations and take appropriate actions to resolve employee relations issues.
Provide guidance and support on disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and termination processes.
Stay up to date with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.
Get involved in retention discussions with employees on an everyday basis
